I believe therapy works best when you feel seen, heard and truly understood. I bring a warm, honest and inclusive approach to the work I do, shaped by over a decade of experience supporting both adults and young people with a wide range of mental health challenges.
My background includes working across the NHS, charity services and private practice, and I’m passionate about creating a space where all parts of your identity are respected and welcomed — including your culture, faith, sexuality, neurodivergence and lived experience.

I hold an MSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies, with additional training across a wide range of therapeutic models including psychodynamic, humanistic, systemic, schema and somatic therapy.

My work is rooted in up-to-date psychological knowledge and ongoing reflective practice, and I tailor everything I do to meet the needs of each person I work with.
