My approach to therapy is centred around you — your experiences, your identity and your goals. I work integratively, drawing from a range of psychological approaches to shape therapy that truly fits your needs.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties or feeling stuck, our sessions will be grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice and a deep respect for your lived experience.
I’m here to support you in making sense of what you’re going through and to explore new ways forward, in a way that feels safe, inclusive and at your pace.
Support that fits your needs
I offer therapy that is shaped around who you are and what you’re facing. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change or working through something more long-term, I’m here to support you in a way that feels right for you.
Below is an overview of the services I offer. If you’re not sure what you need yet, we can explore it together and find the approach that best supports your wellbeing.
With specialist training in complex trauma, somatic therapy and experience working in both the NHS and foster care settings, I support people processing past or ongoing trauma in a way that feels safe, patient and grounded.
Whether it’s general anxiety, health anxiety, phobias or burnout, I help you understand and manage overwhelming emotions using an integrative approach that is both compassionate and practical.
If you're feeling persistently low, lacking motivation or struggling to find joy in everyday life, I can support you in understanding the underlying causes and gently working toward relief and reconnection. Together, we’ll explore helpful tools and long-term strategies to support your wellbeing.
Living with a chronic illness or long-term condition can affect not only your physical health but also your emotional and mental wellbeing. I offer a space to explore how these experiences impact your life, and to find ways of coping that feel sustainable, validating and supportive.
I work with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia, offering a space that is respectful, inclusive and led by a genuine understanding of neurodivergent experiences.
I support people in building self-worth, especially when navigating marginalised identities, cultural challenges or internalised beliefs. Together, we can explore what holds you back and work toward confidence, clarity and self-acceptance.
Using approaches such as systemic, psychodynamic and schema therapy, I help you explore patterns in your relationships, including relational trauma, attachment wounds and family conflict, so we can make sense of the past and support change in the present.
I offer a space where your sexuality, gender identity and lived experiences are respected and affirmed. Therapy with me is inclusive, anti-oppressive and grounded in a real understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, including internalised shame, discrimination and identity exploration.
Loss can take many forms — from bereavement to the end of a relationship or a shift in identity. I support people navigating grief by creating space for your feelings, however they show up, and helping you move through them with care, patience and self-compassion.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for listed here, please feel free to get in touch. Every person’s story is unique, and I’m happy to talk through your needs to see how I can best support you.
If you’re ready to begin or just want to talk things through, I’d be glad to hear from you. Get in touch to take that first step. I’m here when you’re ready.
